Our client, a leading real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead national sales for new developments. This fully remote role allows you to manage a remote team and strategy from anywhere in South Africa, with focus on performance, targets, and scalable growth.

You will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales force, set quotas, monitor metrics, collaborate with marketing, and drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years in real estate sales with 3+ years in sales management.
• Proven success leading remote sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Upington, Northern Cape market is a plus.
