About the Role Our client, a leading national real estate development company, is seeking a visionary and experienced Director of Real Estate Development to join their fully remote executive team. This strategic role will lead the company’s development pipeline, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to project completion and disposition. You will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, securing financing, managing project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-impact real estate projects. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in large-scale real estate development, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, zoning, and construction processes.
