Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management professional to lead and manage real estate projects from initiation through closeout, focusing on building management deployments. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones, budgets, and schedules, and you will guide internal teams to deliver with quality and efficiency.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, LEED/AP or PMP/CCM is preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource needs, schedules, milestones, quality, and risk.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation across projects.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
