Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for an assigned market or client account, focusing on building management deployment. You will manage all areas of project management from initiation through completion, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred and professional designations such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and numerical aptitude are required.
• Construction management/building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, schedule milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and implement governance for project documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation; guide the project delivery team to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related job disciplines; lead by example in CBRE values.
