Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Management professional to oversee real estate projects from initiation to closeout, with emphasis on building management deployment. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones, and resource needs, ensuring governance and data integrity across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience and a strong command of MS Office; LEED AP, PMP or CCM designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requested; combination of experience and education considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, CCM designations preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial calculation skills.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple sources of information and exercise judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, milestones, work plan, quality control, and risk.
• Define delivery resources and governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, document control, and progress reporting.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance to achieve objectives within budget and schedule.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and implement contingency actions.
