Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation through completion in the United States. You will coordinate planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years of experience, a degree or equivalent, and credentials like LEED AP, PMP, or CCM. Proficiency in MS Office, strong math and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project: scope of work, resource requirements, work plan, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify project threats and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and offer innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies; explain difficult or sensitive information.
