Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Consultant to manage all aspects of real estate project delivery from initiation to closeout, with a focus on building management deployment. You will work directly with clients to define scope, milestones, resources, work plans, governance, and risk management.

A bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred; LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations are a plus. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (initiation through closeout).
• Work with clients to prepare scope, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example in CBRE values and drive consensus across teams.
• Impact activities within own team and related teams; explain difficult information.
