Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from initiation to closeout. You will coordinate scope, resources, schedules, budget, and risk, ensuring data integrity across teams and stakeholders.

You will lead the project delivery team, apply sound governance, and drive innovative solutions aligned with CBRE RISE values. A degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred; LEED AP, PMP, or CCM is a plus.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in construction/building management systems and HVAC
• LEED AP, PMP, or CCM certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, work plans, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and implement governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project documentation; lead delivery teams and provide guidance to achieve objectives.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement corrective actions.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions; coach and share knowledge across function.
• Lead by example to build consensus and drive CBRE RISE values across teams.
