Job summary

CBRE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide consulting services to a market or client account, focusing on Building Management deployment. You will manage all phases of real estate projects from initiation through closeout and work directly with clients on scope, milestones, and governance.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and preferred LEED AP, PMP, or CCM designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Strong organizational and numeric skills for budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources and implement governance aligned with client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation; track progress and report status and variances.
• Lead and coach the project delivery team to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
