Job summary

CBRE seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end real estate projects, focusing on building management deployments. You will coordinate scopes, milestones, risks, and budgets, working with clients and internal teams to deliver on-time, on-spec results.

A combination of education and hands-on experience with PM processes is preferred, including LEED, PMP, or CCM credentials. You will manage data integrity, governance, and cross-functional collaboration while modeling CBRE’s RISE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and related calculations.
• Construction Management, building management systems and HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare all project elements: scope, delivery resources, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk.
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to meet goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule, and track progress.
