You will own critical date management, support renewals, closures, relocations, and expansions, and ensure disciplined execution with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate/finance/operations or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial real estate, lease/portfolio administration, or project management.
• Experience supporting a large multi-unit retail portfolio is preferred.
• Strong organization and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain lease critical date management and key milestones.
• Coordinate weekly lease decision reviews and leadership presentations.
• Document decisions and maintain accurate portfolio records.
• Facilitate communication of lease and portfolio actions to stakeholders.
• Manage store closures from approval to execution and report status.
