Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting, property administration or legal experience in commercial real estate with multi-site tenant or landlord
• 2+ years background in auditing or related real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret lease agreements to ensure proper billing and expense compliance.
• Reconcile landlords' ledgers with tenant payment history to balance balances and arrears.
• Verify year-end billings for lease compliance and generate accounting entries.
