Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is seeking a remote/hybrid Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Administration to coordinate and administer key lease and portfolio activities across the company’s retail real estate.

The role focuses on lease critical dates, decision review, and leadership communication to ensure disciplined execution of portfolio actions. You will partner with Real Estate and other functions to support renewals, closures, relocations, expansions, and related initiatives, maintaining portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Lease Administration, Portfolio Administration, or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Experience maintaining databases, trackers, reporting tools, or contract administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain lease critical date management and track expirations, option notices, and rights.
• Coordinate weekly lease decision review, prepare leadership materials and presentations.
• Document leadership decisions and maintain accurate portfolio records across trackers.
• Communicate approved lease and portfolio decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage store closures from approval to execution, including timeline and risk management.
• Prepare recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
