Starbucks Corp. in Nashville is seeking a senior Real Estate Analyst to drive portfolio performance through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations for real estate investments and occupancy cost optimization.

You will support lease renewals and portfolio strategies by evaluating economics, market conditions, and opportunities, while collaborating with Real Estate, Finance, Facilities, Legal and Operations to deliver executive-level insights.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in real estate analysis, portfolio management, or corporate real estate.
• Experience supporting multi-site, national or regional portfolios (retail preferred).
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel expertise required).
• Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate economics.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or related field
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel expertise required).
• Strong understanding of commercial lease structures and real estate economics.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with real estate systems and tools (CoStar, Tableau/Power BI, lease management systems).
