The role requires at least 4 years in property or portfolio management, strong knowledge of leases and property law, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in property or portfolio management.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios with strong financial acumen.
• Strong understanding of lease agreements and property law.
• Proficiency in property management software and office tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Dedicated home office with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Develop strategies to enhance property value and rental income.
• Manage tenant relations, leases, rent collection, and disputes.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure compliance and upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews.
• Prepare detailed financial reports including budgets and cash flow.
