Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiations, financial analyses, and contract terms for the company’s real estate portfolio. You will analyze broker opinions of value and apply multiple valuation methods to guide decisions.

You will act as a primary contact with Ryder Legal, Risk, Safety, and BU Leadership to ensure timely, compliant transactions that align with corporate real estate objectives. This role is remote from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex real estate financial analysis.
• Ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from start to finish with brokers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute real estate strategies for designated portfolio areas.
• Coordinate with legal, environmental, risk, tax and operations teams to finalize transactions.
• Ensure portfolio records are accurate and current in the RE database.
• Drive portfolio process improvement and efficiencies.
