Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and transactions.
• Strong financial analysis and deal negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, and Operations.
• Proven track record delivering real estate projects on time and within policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate transactions from start to finish with brokerage collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategic real estate plans for designated portfolios.
• Coordinate with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations, and BU Leadership.
• Ensure transactions conform to Ryder policies and approval controls.
• Track and improve portfolio performance and reporting in RE database.
