Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiation, financial evaluation, and finalizing contract terms for the company’s real estate assets.

The role is a primary asset management position responsible for driving corporate real estate objectives across business units and regions. You will provide real estate subject matter expertise to internal customers, develop strategies, and communicate the plan to BU, Region, and HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate asset management and transactions.
• Ability to analyze broker opinions of value and multiple valuation methods.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with legal, risk, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate transactions from start to finish, including sourcing brokers and valuations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute real estate strategies for portfolio areas.
• Coordinate with facility planning and construction teams on portfolio projects.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal approval controls and maintain accurate RE records.
