Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiations, financial evaluations, and legal research for the company’s real estate portfolio.

The role focuses on asset management, delivering strategic insights to BU, regional, and HQ leadership while ensuring timely execution in alignment with Ryder policies. You will act as a primary contact with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations and BU leadership, driving continuous improvement and efficient

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish, source brokerage services, analyze opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Lead cross-functional teams including legal, risk, environmental, and operations to complete projects.
• Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction to complete portfolio projects requiring construction or equipment installation.
• Evaluate portfolio for improvement initiatives and drive process improvements.
• Ensure records are accurate in the real estate database and that processes follow internal controls.
