Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead complex real estate transactions and financial analyses.

The role focuses on asset management, contract terms, and strategic portfolio optimization across business units, with collaboration across Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations and BU Leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in real estate, business, finance or related field.
Five (5) years or more of professional experience in commercial real estate.
Master's degree in real estate or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish, sourcing brokerage services and coordinating valuations.
Lead cross-functional teams including legal, risk, operations and tax to complete projects.
Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction teams for portfolio projects requiring construction or equipment installation.
Evaluate portfolio for improvement initiatives and drive process improvements.
Ensure compliance with Ryder approval controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
