Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiations, financial evaluation, problem solving and legal research for Ryder's Real Estate Portfolio.
The role is an asset management position responsible for real estate activities and driving corporate real estate objectives across business units. The position functions as the primary contact with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations, Business Development and BU Leadership to ensure timely
Qualifications
- Complex real estate financial analysis

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, Environmental, and Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish, sourcing brokerage services and coordinating with brokers to locate properties and complete valuations.
- Develop and execute diverse Real Estate strategies for designated portfolio areas in collaboration with management.
- Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction teams to complete portfolio projects involving construction or equipment installation.
- Identify and drive needed improvements for the assigned real estate portfolio.
- Collaborate with real estate management and support departments on specialized portfolio projects.
- Drive portfolio process improvement projects and ensure data accuracy in the RE database.
- Ensure all real estate transaction processes comply with Ryder internal approval controls.
