The role focuses on asset management and driving corporate real estate objectives across business units. The position requires coordinating with legal, environmental, risk, safety, operations, and BU leadership to ensure transactions follow Ryder policies and are executed promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish.
• Coordinate with Management to develop and execute diverse Real Estate strategies for designated portfolio areas.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Ryder's legal, operations, risk, tax, and environmental departments to complete projects.
• Ensure Ryder portfolio records are accurate and current in RE database.
• Comply with Ryder internal approval controls and ensure timely execution of transactions.
