Job summary

Scale Up is seeking a Business Operations Associate for a fast-growing, tech-driven property management client. This 100% remote role follows US Pacific hours and requires native Spanish with fluent English. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive and execution-oriented.

You will automate workflows on AppFolio and related tech, document SOPs, onboard staff, lead special projects, own KPI targets, and build actionable models for founders.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and fluent English required.
• Based outside the United States and able to work US Pacific hours.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or economics preferred.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience and execution capability.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Automation and systems: identify and redesign manual work, build AI-assisted workflows.
• Training and enablement: document processes as SOPs and onboard new hires.
• Special projects: market entries, vendor negotiations, pricing, migrations, reporting.
• Operational excellence: own KPIs and resolve root causes of failures.
• Analysis and reporting: build models and provide recommendations for founders.
• Team support: coach and coordinate teammates on initiatives.
