Job summary

Jobot is partnering with a boutique firm in San Diego and the inland empire to recruit a real estate litigation attorney. This fully remote role supports clients in acquisitions, sales, leasing, disputes and litigation.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to the California Bar, has at least five years of real estate litigation experience, and can develop strategies, draft documents, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar in good standing
• Minimum of five years in real estate litigation
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation from pleadings to appeal
• Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on complex real estate laws
• Draft and review real estate transaction and litigation documents
• Participate in business development and client relationship building
