The ideal candidate has a JD and active CA Bar, 3+ years of litigation experience, trial exposure, and excellent research/writing skills. Hybrid schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• JD and active California Bar admission.
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Trial experience required; second-chair acceptable.
• Strong legal research, writing and drafting skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage cases independently.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency with litigation software and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation and real estate matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trials as needed.
• Advise clients and maintain strong communication.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and support staff.
• Manage an independent caseload.
