Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil litigation.
• Conducting legal research and gathering evidence for lawsuits, preparing legal documents, and advising clients on their legal rights.
• Managing all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Negotiating settlements in complex litigation cases to avoid court proceedings and reduce costs for clients.
• Developing relationships with clients and working closely with them to understand their business objectives and legal needs.
• Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the best representation for our clients.
