Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of up to 30 litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Manage discovery and develop litigation strategy.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide legal guidance throughout the case.
• Negotiate settlements and assist with dispute resolution when appropriate.
• Trial experience is strongly preferred but not required.
