Qualifications

• Experience working with Investors and aligning acquisitions with investor criteria.
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Comfort working remotely with self-management and CRM skills.
• Prior experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or real estate sales is beneficial.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
