You will prospect opportunities, perform property evaluations, and coordinate with lenders, contractors, and property managers while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure).
• Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required.
• Interest in residential investment property transactions.

Responsibilities
