Cedar Brook Property, a subsidiary of Bayview Asset Management, is seeking a Real Estate Acquisitions Agent in the Cincinnati, OH area. You will be the primary contact for home sellers, using your negotiation and relationship-building skills to secure advantageous acquisitions.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with clear goals, a base salary plus commission, and a hybrid work model with on-site property visits and client meetings.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years in sales or business development.
• Must possess a real estate license or demonstrate willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset and ability to meet clear goals.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills with ability to build rapport and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers and provide tailored solutions.
• Be directly involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.
• Cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate network; manage leads and follow up to close deals.
• Use strong negotiation to close transactions promptly.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; mentor junior team members.
• Travel to properties for site visits and client meetings to discuss values, repairs, and offers.
