Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate or lease administration with a Bachelor’s degree.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong organizational, spreadsheet, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating across brokers, legal, finance, and internal approvers.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and assemble RFA packages for review.
• Pull and summarize lease terms and maintain document repositories.
• Track critical dates and deadlines; calendar reminders.
• Coordinate with brokers, landlords, and vendors to move transactions forward.
