Global Real Estate Operations Manager
We are looking for a Global Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee lease administration, compliance, and landlord coordination across our Americas portfolio (U.S., Canada, and South America). This role builds scalable processes that support future global expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lease Administration & Portfolio Management – Manage full lease lifecycle, maintain accurate records, administer LeaseQuery, develop dashboards, identify upcoming lease events, support decision‑making on timing, cost, occupancy.
- Landlord & Lease Communications – Primary point of contact for landlords, manage lease communications, notices, reporting, deliver all lease‑related obligations, resolve issues cross‑functionally.
- Portfolio Optimization & Compliance – Coordinate subleasing, manage subtenant relationships, identify opportunities to optimize space, oversee business licenses, COIs, lease compliance, maintain audit‑ready documentation.
- Projects & Cross‑Functional Support – Support real estate projects (relocations, lease transitions, portfolio changes), partner with Workplace Operations, Finance, Legal, external vendors, contribute to scalable processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate operations, lease administration, portfolio management, or property management.
- Strong understanding of commercial leases and lease lifecycle management.
- Experience with lease management platforms (LeaseQuery or similar).
- Highly organized, strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and stakeholders.
- Clear, professional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Experience
- Multi‑region portfolio experience.
- Familiarity with CAFM or workplace systems.
- Experience with lease accounting or financial reporting support.
- Industry certifications (IFMA, CoreNet).
Location
Morgan Hill, CA (Office) – In‑office, 4 days per week.
