Job summary

Lodestone Consultant LLC is seeking a Real Estate Closer for a full-time remote position to coordinate and finalize residential and commercial real estate closings.

You'll prepare closing packages, review contracts, manage escrow, and coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to ensure timely closings while maintaining strict compliance and meticulous records in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with closings, escrow procedures, and coordinating end-to-end real estate transactions.
• Ability to review and interpret real estate contracts.
• Knowledge of title insurance and title commitments.
• Familiarity with closing software and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy with financial/legal documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with confidentiality and compliance.
• Experience in real estate closing or title/escrow; certifications helpful.

• Prepare and review closing packages and verify terms.
