Role Description

The Real Estate Closer is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating and finalizing residential and commercial real estate transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing closing packages, verifying contractual terms, and ensuring all required documents, signatures, and funds are in place before closing. The role involves managing escrow instructions, liaising with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies, and resolving documentation or funding issues to keep closings on schedule. The Real Estate Closer will track transaction milestones, confirm title insurance requirements, and maintain accurate records and compliance with relevant regulations. This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously in a fast-paced remote environment.
