Job summary

L2R Consulting in Miami seeks a Real Estate Title Closer to manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from contract to post-closing. You will oversee title examinations, curative work, and ensure compliance with lender and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, high-volume file management, and meticulous accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate closings.
• Extensive experience handling full-cycle residential closings from contract to post-closing.
• Commercial closings experience is strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of title insurance practices and escrow procedures.
• Knowledge of title commitments, ALTA statements, CD, TRID and CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from receipt of purchase contract through post-closing.
• Review contracts, lender instructions, title commitments, surveys, and closing documents.
• Coordinate all aspects of residential and commercial closings.
• Maintain ownership of assigned files while meeting deadlines and obligations.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, attorneys, and vendors throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate title curative efforts and document collection with underwriters.
