Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a global client portfolio from a remote or hybrid work setup. You will coordinate transactions, manage deadlines, and liaise with brokers and internal teams.

This role requires a state real estate salesperson license and at least two years of transaction management or corporate real estate experience. You will handle documentation, reports, and client communications to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state real estate salesperson license.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrixes
• Coordinate financial analysis
• Draft and process all requests for service or client Initiation documents
• Draft and process all Co-Broker and agent engagement letters
• Facilitate commission invoicing
• Input commission information into C&W revenue reporting system
• Portfolio reporting for client(s) and internal teams
• Handle general administrative duties and document distribution
