Job summary

We Buy Houses Realty is seeking a licensed real estate agent for a full-time remote role. You will work with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities, list and market properties, and guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closings.

Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, managing leads, conducting virtual consultations, performing comparative market analyses, and coordinating showings with local partners while maintaining accurate CRM records and upholding

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Real Estate License or eligibility to obtain.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of real property principles, contracts, disclosures, and closings.
• Comfort with remote work technologies and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently in a distributed team.
• Experience in residential or investment real estate, foreclosure or probate scenarios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and manage leads effectively.
• List and market properties, negotiate contracts, and guide closings.
• Conduct virtual consultations and perform CMAs for clients.
