Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to drive the optimization program within the Workday Practice. You will manage production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments, while leading the design and development of Workday solutions for clients seeking enhanced HCM performance.

The role requires 5+ years of Workday HCM/ERP experience, or 3 years with a Master's, and up to 25% travel with some on-site work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support.
OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support.
A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday
Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

Responsibilities

Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and planned assessments.
Lead design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
Deliver Workday solutions to optimize organizations' Workday environments.
