Guidehouse is seeking a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager to drive the optimization program within the Workday Practice. You will manage production support, assessments, and Phase X deployments, while leading the design and development of Workday solutions for clients seeking enhanced HCM performance.

The role requires 5+ years of Workday HCM/ERP experience, or 3 years with a Master's, and up to 25% travel with some on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support.
• OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support.
• A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday
• Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

• Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice, including production support and planned assessments.
• Lead design and development of solutions for customers optimizing their Workday tenant.
• Deliver Workday solutions to optimize organizations' Workday environments.

What You Will Do:

From initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday solutions to equip organizations with the information they need to optimize their Workday environments. As a Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits Optimization Manager at Guidehouse, you will: Manage in the Optimization program for the Workday Practice. This includes activities related to production support, planned assessments, and Phase X deployments Be responsible for leading the design and development of solutions for our customers who are optimizing their Workday tenant

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience using Workday HCM/Compensation/Benefits or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) year of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as no degree with NINE (9) years of experience using Workday HCM or other ERPs in an HCM capacity, preferably in post-production support A MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of work experience with Workday Up to 25% travel with a focus on work from home and/or Guidehouse office; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Workday Public Sector experience preferred Current holder of an active Workday HCM, Compensation and/or Benefits Certifications Extensive knowledge using Microsoft products

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
