Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals in the Orlando, Kissimmee, Clermont region. This role drives product promotion, educates clinicians, and supports access through payer navigation in a dynamic healthcare market.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, achievement of sales targets, and collaboration with district leadership while aligning with Amgen’s values and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in healthcare or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Clinical experience in healthcare/scientific fields that is not sales related is acceptable for Senior level.
• Ability to communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals and navigate payer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Lead branded sales messages and conduct educational programs to achieve targets.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive patient outcomes.
