The role requires a track record in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices or hospital sales, OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience, OR High school diploma with 8 years of sales experience.
• Doctorate degree & 2 years of account management experience, sales & commercial experience, OR Master's degree & 6 years, OR Bachelor's degree & 8 years, OR Associate degree & 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Promote Tavneos within approved labeling respecting compliance guidelines.
• Serve as disease expert educating medical professionals and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, staff, and care teams.
• Address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal matrix teams to deliver account-specific solutions.
• Lead or support site-of-care referral networks for patient care continuity.
• Engage with local and regional KOLs to expand therapeutic reach.
