Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to troubleshoot and service security systems including burglar and fire alarms, CCTV, and Card Access. You will document status, coordinate inspections, and provide on-site solutions to improve facility efficiency while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include repairing or replacing faulty equipment, preparing quotes, and coordinating with authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing and inspecting/servicing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access/CCTV/IP cameras.
• Electrical/Electronic background and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service security systems (burglar, fire, CCTV, Card Access).
• Advise customers and care center on system status and inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment; coordinate inspections with authorities when needed.
• Provide on-site solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
