Job summary

Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC) seeks an enthusiastic, entry level Sales Development Representative to help grow partnerships and empower young adults. The role is hybrid, with 30–90 days in person at our Santa Ana, CA office.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new opportunities and receive training to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage: reach out to potential partners by calls, emails, and networking.
• Qualify leads: identify organizations that could benefit from HBCC's workforce solutions.
• Support the sales process: schedule meetings, prepare materials, assist with client follow-ups.
• Learn and grow: participate in training and shadow account managers to build sales skills.
• Collaborate: work with a high-energy team to hit shared goals.
