Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC) is seeking an enthusiastic, entry level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our partnerships and empower young adults to build brighter futures.
This position is hybrid, with the first 30-90 days in person at our Santa Ana, CA office. Must live within reasonable commutable distance of Santa Ana.
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities - reaching out to potential healthcare and construction partners, sparking meaningful conversations, and helping connect them with our services. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing development to grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role over time.
Hope Builders Career Connections empowers Orange County's young adults with mentorship, life skills, and job skills training that meet the needs of employers. Each year, we enroll over 300 young adults impacted by poverty and help them achieve self-sufficiency. HBCC links program graduates to career pathways, and revenue from our services is reinvested into our nonprofit training programs.
