Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a senior finance/process leader to partner with RS leadership and drive efficient financial processes across the organization. The role focuses on automated tools, reporting, and KPI development to support project execution and accountability.

You will design monthly financial reporting, streamline end-to-end close, and train field teams on new methods while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance or related field
• Experience in Renewable Energy
• Experience with financial reporting
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or related process improvement

Responsibilities

• Partner with Renewable Services senior leadership to drive financial processes.
• Lead development of automated tools and reporting for project financial tracking and operational processes.
• Create and implement a monthly financial reporting process that is simple and effective.
• Develop KPIs and regular KPI reporting with owners and action items.
• Ensure QA/QC and timely customer submittals and documentation.
