Job summary

MasTec Renewables in Fargo, ND, seeks a Finance Process Improvement Leader to design, create, and maintain operational and organizational processes that drive safe, high-quality financial reporting across the Renewable Services unit.

You will partner with RS senior leadership, develop automated reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and scalable processes while traveling up to 30% and supporting field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or seven years of related work experience, incl. financial reporting.
• Experience in Renewable Energy.
• Experience with RS group service offerings.
• Knowledge of document control, quality, lean/six sigma, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead automated tools, online and mobile based apps to improve financial reporting.
• Lead the end-of-month financial reporting for RS group.
• Design and deliver a monthly financial reporting process.
• Develop KPIs and lead regular KPI reporting with action items and owners.
• Collaborate with leadership to document and implement processes.
