SunSource is seeking a Buy-Side M&A Market Manager to drive growth through acquisition opportunities. You will assess targets in Fluid Process sectors, manage due diligence, and lead integration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong financial modeling, strategic analysis, and the ability to present actionable recommendations to SunSource's senior leadership and Board. Some travel will be required and remote work is possible with proximity to a major airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years buy-side M&A experience identifying targets and initiating processes.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution with Fluid Process exposure.
• Strong MS Office and internet research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute acquisition strategy across functions and geographies.
• Evaluate targets within Fluid Process and adjacent markets for strategic fit.
• Lead due diligence, deal negotiation and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Present business rationale and integration plans to senior leadership and Board.
