Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or sales.
• 3–5 years buy-side experience in identifying target companies and initiating buy/sell processes in M&A.
• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Distribution with related technology markets.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and strong internet research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time; role can be remote but home-based near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within targeted technology sectors.
• Lead end-to-end transaction processes including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop business rationales and integration plans for SunSource executive presentations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage post‑acquisition performance reviews.
