You will lead cross-functional teams through target screening, due diligence, valuation, negotiations and integration planning.

The role emphasizes deep industry knowledge, strong financial modeling and executive communication, with travel up to 50% and remote-friendly options near a major airport.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years of buy-side experience identifying targets and initiating buy/sell process in M&A.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution with Fluid Process or related industrial technology markets.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time; remote-friendly but near a major airport.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SunSource's acquisition strategy across designated industrial sectors.
• Lead due diligence, valuation, deal structuring and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Present business cases and integration plans to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
