SunSource, a leading North American industrial distribution company, seeks a seasoned M&A Business Development Market Manager to drive profitable growth through acquisition strategy, target evaluation, due diligence, and post‑acquisition integration.

In this role you will immerse yourself in the industrial sectors SunSource serves, lead cross‑functional teams, and translate strategic rationale into executive presentations for SunSource’s leadership and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales preferred.
• 3–5 years of buy-side M&A experience identifying targets.
• 10+ years in Industrial Distribution with fluid process or related markets.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Travel at least 50% of the time, remote work allowed near major airport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SunSource’s acquisition strategy.
• Lead due diligence and cross-functional integration planning.
• Create executive materials and present to senior leadership and the Board.
• Identify attractive growth opportunities in targeted sectors.
